Holoholo Connect lets hosts publish meeting types, invitees book times, and everyone meet in a built-in video room. We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
If you are a host, you are responsible for the meetings you schedule, the questions you ask invitees, and how you handle their information. Keep your contact email current so invitees can reach you.
Do not use Holoholo Connect for harassment, illegal activity, spam, or to share harmful content in video rooms. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Either the host or the invitee can cancel a confirmed meeting through the booking management link. Cancellations also remove the event from the host's connected Google Calendar when possible.
Video rooms are generated for each meeting. Do not assume they are encrypted or suitable for highly sensitive information. Anyone with the room link can join during the meeting window.
Holoholo Connect is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed meetings, calendar sync delays, or losses related to use of the service beyond what you paid for the current month.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
