What Holoholo Connect is

Holoholo Connect is a scheduling and video-meeting tool. Each host runs their own booking page; we provide the software, but the host is the one inviting you to meet and deciding what information to ask for.

Information we collect when you book

• Your name and email address (required to confirm the meeting).
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it or the host needs it for a call.
• Your time zone, so times are shown correctly.
• The meeting location you pick (video room, phone, or in-person address).
• Answers to any questions the host asks during booking.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule the meeting, create the video room, send reminders, and add the event to the host's Google Calendar. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who sees your data

The host you are booking with can see everything you submit. If the meeting is a video call, other participants in the room can see your display name and hear/see whatever you choose to share.

Storage and deletion

We keep booking records so hosts can manage their meetings. You can ask the host to cancel or delete a booking using the link in your confirmation. Hosts can also delete their own account data through Settings.
